The Manitoba Conservatory of Music & Arts

Overview: Established in 1984, the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts is an independent, non-profit school of music. The Conservatory offers quality instruction to students of all ages, from beginners to advanced levels. The Conservatory is a registered, non-profit charitable organization. We're completely accessible and our student body is representative of Canada's wealth of cultural diversity. All this adds richness to the music our students make on their life journeys. So while money makes our work possible we're not in it for the money. With a Faculty of more 70 and the fact that we actually try to match students and teachers for immediate and long-term compatibility the Conservatory is your best opportunity for the benefits of continuous learning with one teacher. And when specialized or advanced learning is required, (often at the recommendation of their current teacher), the student can remain within the Conservatory community that they are already familiar and comfortable with.
